
Growing up Chef Candy always loved food. She would help her mom and/or grandmother prepare food around the holidays & family get-togethers. Growing up in a large family Sundays & holidays were all about getting the whole family together. It was at a young age that Candy helped prepare food for his family, and started an interest in cooking. This went on for years, and was just a fun thing to do. One day on a gap year of college, while Candy was still trying to figure out her career path, she began to cook more. Candy was finally excited about being able to pursue something she was interested in & passionate about. Now she could independently study culinary arts, and put her creative talents to good use. She was introduced to food at a young age, but as she got older her passion for cooking, and an interest in culinary arts drove her to start her entrepreneurial lifestyle. Candy is a strong believer in "things always happen for a reason", and pursuing her career was certainly was “meant to be”. The rest, as they say, is history.

The Restaurant General Manager leads the operation of the business. The Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, hiring, termination and retention of team members, financial accountability, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer.
